Hemodynamic Responses to a Handgrip Exercise Session, with and without Blood Flow Restriction, in Healthy Volunteers

چکیده
Exercising at submaximal intensity with a hand dynamometer causes mild hemodynamic adaptations that can improve cardiovascular function. However, responses and fatigue have not been adequately studied in an isometric exercise protocol combined blood flow restriction (BFR). Our study aimed to examine compare acute muscle after session using handgrip dynamometer, without BFR. Twelve volunteers performed the protocol, BFR, random, BFR pressure set 140 mmHg. Arterial (BP), heart rate (HR), oxygen saturation (SpO2), were measured before, during, 15 min completion of session. Without we noticed slight, albeit statistically insignificant, HR increase. The variations found systolic diastolic small insignificant. Furthermore, (SpO2) did change significantly. Significantly higher levels compared end each contractions. In conclusion, does alter healthy volunteers. it results experienced

Bone biochemical marker response to a plyometric exercise session with and without blood flow restriction in inactive adolescent females
Background and Aims: Physical activity and blood flow restriction (BFR) training can affect bone metabolism. This study aimed to investigate the effect of a plyometric exercise session with and without blood flow restriction on bone metabolism markers, such as bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) and C-terminal telopeptide of type 1collagen (CTX), as the markers of bone formation and destruction, ...
متن کاملAcute Cardiovascular and Hemodynamic Responses to Low Intensity Eccentric Resistance Exercise with Blood Flow Restriction
BACKGROUND Recently it has been suggested that low intensity (LI) resistance exercise (RE) alone or in combination with blood flow restriction (BFR) can be applied for cardiovascular function improvement or rehabilitation. OBJECTIVES The aim of the present study was to investigate the acute effects of LI eccentric RE with and without BFR on heart rate (HR), rate pressure product (RPP), blood ...

Background and Aim: Inactivity increases the risk of chronic diseases. The aim of the present study was to investigate the acute changes in Normetanephrine and glucose in boxing with Kinect Xbox with and without blood flow restriction as an alternative to aerobic exercise during quarantine in young non-athletes. Material and Methods: Fourteen healthy non-athlete individuals with a range of 20 ...

Background: Despite the fact that researchers have recently turned their attention to the new style of video games with movement (exergames) and considering that these games have been recently accepted as a kind of sports activity with a wide range of people as audience of these games both male and female in various ages, not enough attentions have been paid to the comparison of different dimen...
متن کاملSimilar hypotensive responses to resistance exercise with and without blood flow restriction.
Low intensity resistance exercise (RE) with blood flow restriction (BFR) has gained attention in the literature due to the beneficial effects on functional and morphological variables, similar to those observed during traditional RE without BFR, while the effects of BFR on post-exercise hypotension remain unclear. The aim of the present study was to compare the blood pressure (BP) response of t...
